We had the opportunity to have Eric and 5F Contracting build our dream home on family land. We had many months of rain and was still able to get into our new home within the time frame. Since we hadn’t built in 20 years, we felt very novice in doing it again. Eric was able to give us exactly what we asked for and give us amazing ideas that we didn’t even think of. There have been many luxuries added to home building and we are grateful he was so knowledgeable. During the building, we had a family member hospitalized for a few months. He went above and beyond to help us get through that time as well as focus getting what we wanted in our home. He communicated clearly with us and has great relationships with banks and crews. When I was having a custom home build, with several features that are not commonly used today, I requested a proposal from 5F and 3 other firms.
